      [Notice] Squire, Warrior, Magician, Werewolf Balance Patch

      Hello, adventurers!

      Here are the details for our class balance patch on [Squire, Warrior, Magician, Werewolf] classes.
      ※ The skill changes were made due to rework in status effects and PvP balance rework.


      [Squire] (PvE)
      - [War Cry] Immobilize effect will be removed.
      - [War Hoof] Immobilize effect will be removed.
      - [Twirling Protector] Immobilize effect will be removed.
      - [Whirlwind Protector] Immobilize effect will be removed.

      [Squire] (PvP)
      - [War Cry] Immobilize effect will be removed.
      - [War Hoof] Immobilize effect will be removed.
      - [Twirling Protector] Immobilize effect will be removed.
      - [Whirlwind Protector] Immobilize effect will be removed.
      - [Rush of Steel] Cooltime will be added, skill name will be changed to Tank Rush
      - [Gushing Tank] Cooltime will be added, skill name will be changed to Tank Gush.
      - [Final Charging] Cooltime will be added.
      - [Ultimate Charging] Cooltime will be added.
      - [Glimmering Shield] Immobilize effect will be removed.
      - [Vision Protective Goggle] Duration and damage reduction value will be changed,
       cooltime will be added, skill name will be changed to Dueling.
      - [Mettle Dueling] Duration and damage reduction value will be changed, cooltime will be added.
      - [Shield of Bitterness] Maximum value of immobilize effect and maximum duration will be added, 
      skill name will be changed to Bitter Shield.
      - [Shield of Bitterness] Cooltime will be added.

      [Warrior] (PvE)
      - [Drastic Spin] Target shield block rate ignore effect and blocking ignore rate increase effect will be added,
       skill name will be changed to Spin Thrusting.
      - [Drastic Spin] Duration and cooltime will be added.
      - [Offense Breaker] Immunity to status effect will be added, skill name will be changed to Weapon Defender.

      [Warrior] (PvP)
      - [Drastic Spin] Target shield block rate ignore effect and blocking ignore rate increase effect will be added
      - [Drastic Spin] Duration and cooltime will be added.
      - [Offense Breaker] Immunity to status effect will be added.
      - [Illusive Leap] Cooltime will be added, skill name will be changed to Altering Hitter.
      - [Altering Striker] Cooltime will be added.
      - [Leap] Cooltime will be added, skill name will be changed to Jump.
      - [Leaping Attack] Cooltime will be added, skill name will be changed to Jump Attack. 

      [Magician] (PvE)
      - [Bindings of the Earth] Enemy ‘cannot move duration’ will be changed, skill name will be changed
       to Rock Bounding.
      - [Amplified Gravity] Enemy movement speed decrease value and duration will be changed, 
      skill name will be changed to Gravity Amplifying.
      - [Earthquake] Cooltime will be added, paralysis rate and duration will be changed.
      - [Earthquake] The skill will be changed to be able to use at the destination.
      - [Touch of Petrification] stone duration and maximum duration will be added, skill name 
      will be changed to Stone Touch.

      [Magician] (PvP)
      - [Teleportation] Cooltime will be added.
      - [Earth Hill] Cooltime will be added.
      - [Earthquake] Cooltime will be added, paralysis rate and duration will be changed.
      - [Earthquake] The skill will be changed to be able to use at the destination.
      - [Amplified Gravity] Enemy movement speed decrease value and duration will be changed, 
      cooltime will be added.
      - [Touch of Petrification] Stone duration and maximum duration, cooltime will be added.
      - [Bindings of the Earth] Cooltime will be added, skill name will be changed to Rock Bounding.

      [Werewolf] (PvE)
      - [Hydrophobia] Enemy confusion activation chance and enemy confusion duration will be changed.
      - [Lunatic Howling] Enemy confusion rate, confusion rate maximum activation and
       enemy confusion duration will be changed.
      - [Eye of the Beast] skill tooltip will be changed, Immobilize effect will be removed.
      - [Full Moon] Enemy movement speed decrease/attack speed decrease value will be changed.
      - [Full Moon] Enemy block rate decrease effect will be added.
      - [Lunatic Roar] Enemy confusion rate, enemy confusion duration and enemy stun rate will be changed.
      - [Lunatic Roar] Confusion rate maximum activation chance and stun rate maximum activation 
      chance will be added.
      - [Overflow Moon] Movement speed decrease value and attack speed decrease value will be changed.
      - [Overflow Moon] Enemy block rate decrease effect will be added.

      [Werewolf] (PvP)
      - [Hydrophobia] Cooltime will be added, it will be changed to enemy immobilize duration effect.
      - [Eye of the Beast] Enemy confusion rate, confusion rate maximum activation chance
       and enemy confusion duration will be changed.
      - [Eye of the Beast] skill tooltip will be changed, immobilize effect removed.
      - [Full Moon] Enemy movement speed decrease/attack speed decrease value will be changed.
      - [Full Moon] Enemy block rate decrease effect will be added.
      - [Lunatic Roar Enemy confusion rate, enemy confusion duration and enemy stun rate will be changed.
      - [Lunatic Roar] Confusion rate maximum activation chance and stun rate maximum activation 
      chance will be added.
      - [Overflow Moon] Movement speed decrease value and attack speed decrease value will be changed.
      - [Overflow Moon] Enemy block rate decrease effect will be added.
      - [Flash Tackle] Cooltime will be added.


      [Squire] (PvE)

      This skill is one of the main skills of the knowledge squire.
      Due to the status condition restructure if the immobilize effect of the skill is not deleted, 
      there is a 100% chance that the paralysis effect will last. The effect has been deleted to balance the skill.

      This skill is one of the main skills of the knowledge squire.
      Due to the status condition restructure if the immobilize effect of the skill is not deleted,
      there is a 100% chance that the paralysis effect will last, the effect has been deleted to balance the skill.

      Tank Gush 


      If the squire that can serve as the movement skill of squire, 
      tanks and damage dealers can use the moving skill without restrictions, and long range dealers will suffer.
      The skill will need to be used carefully from no w on.

      Final Charging


      This skill is the movement skill that can move a considerable distance. 
      As you can move fast without any restrictions, a cooltime is added to balance the skill.

      Ultimate Charging


      This skill is the movement skill that can move a considerable distance. 
      As you can move fast without any restrictions, a cooltime is added to balance the skill.

      Glimmering Shield


      After the status condition system restructure, the immobilize effect of the skill will last.
      The effect will be deleted to balance the skill. 

      Dueling 


      After the status condition system restructure, if the damage decrease effect of the skill isn’t changed the damage decrease effect will last, the duration is changed to balance the skill, and cool time is added.

      Mettle Dueling


      After the status condition system restructure, if the damage decrease effect of the skill isn’t changed the damage decrease effect will last. The duration is changed to balance the skill, and cool time is added.

      Whirlwind Protector


      This skill is one of the main skills of the knowledge squire.
      Due to the status condition restructure if the immobilize effect of the skill is not deleted,
      there is a 100% chance that the paralysis effect will last. The effect has been deleted to balance the skill.

      Bitter Shield


      After the status condition system restructure, the immobilize effect of the skill will last.
       The effect will be deleted to balance the skill. 


      [Warrior] (PvE)
      Spin Thrusting


      Characters that have the block skill to perform the role of decrease the block rate is changed and cooltime is added to balance the skill. 

      Weapon Defender


      After the status condition system restructure, all status condition immune effect is added to take advantage of the characteristics of the class.


      [Warrior] (PvP)

      Spin Thrusting


      Characters that have the block skill to perform the role of decrease the block rate is changed and cooltime is added to balance the skill. 

      Weapon Defender

      After the status condition system restructure, all status condition invincible effect is added to take advantage of the characteristics of the class.

      Altering Hitter


      Cooltime is added to use warrior’s movement skill carefully.

      Altering Striker


      This skill is the warrior’s movement skill and main attack skill,
      This skill is fixed to use the moving skill carefully. 
      After using the skill, the status condition immune effect is received for a certain duration to redeem evasion and defense.

      Jump


      This skill is changed to make using warrior's movement skill carefully.

      Jump Attack


      This skill is changed to make using warrior's movement skill carefully.


      [Magician] (PvE)

      Rock Bounding

      Cannot move duration is changed to make this skill more efficient.

      Gravity Amplifying 


      This skill can give movement speed decrease effect to the enemies around you,
      After status condition restructures, movement speed decrease value and duration will be changed for the skill balance.

      Earthquake


      This skill can give paralysis effect to the enemies around you stochastically.
      Paralysis rate and duration is changed to use this skill efficiently, 
      the skill is changed to use skills at destination and cooltime is added to use depending on the situation.
       
      Stone Touch


      According to status condition restructure, the duration will be changed to balance stone status effect.

      [Magician] (PvP)

      Teleportation


       

      This skill is the magician's moving skill since the magician with powerful utility 
      skills can use the moving skill without restrictions, cooltime is added to be used carefully. 

      Earth Hill


      Since you can use this skill that has high recovery rate without any restriction,
      cooltime is added to balance the skill. 

      Gravity Amplifying


      This skill is a skill that gives movement decrease effect to the enemies around you.
      After the status condition system restructure, the value is adjusted to balance the skill, 
      and cooltime is added.

      Earthquake


      This skill can give paralysis effect to the enemies around you stochastically.
      Paralysis rate and duration is changed to make this skill efficient. 
      The skill is changed to use skills at destination and cooltime is added to use depending on the situation.

      Stone Touch


      After the status condition system restructure, for the stone status effect,
      the duration is changed to balance the skill, and cooltime is added.

      Rock Bounding


      If you use this skill repeatedly after the status condition system restructure, 
      it can give a continuous 'cannot move effect' to the character.
      'Cannot move duration' is changed to balance the skill and cooltime is added.

      [Werewolf] (PvE)

      Hydrophobia


      After the status condition system restructure, the confusion activation chance and the immobilize duration
      is changed to balance the skill for the confusion effect. 

      Lunatic Howling


      After the status condition system restructure, the confusion activation chance and the confusion duration
      is changed to balance the skill for the confusion effect. 

      Eye of the Beast


      This skill applies Immobilize effect at a certain rate.
      If the Immobilize effect is maintained, being hit by Werewolf skills with many hit count 
      can result in Immobilize effect being activated at a very high rate. 
      The Immobilize effect is removed for to balance the skill.

      Full Moon

      This skill reduces the enemy’s movement speed and the attack speed once every 7 seconds. 
      Adjusted the value due to the status condition system restructure, 
      and it is changed to be able to deal with the character
      that has the effect through the block rate reduce effect.

      Lunatic Roar


      This skill gives confusion and stun status to the surrounding enemies once every 10 seconds.
      After the status condition restructure, confusion/stun rate value has been adjusted to 
      adjust the skill balance.

      Overflow Moon
       

      This skill reduces the enemy’s movement speed and the attack speed. 
      Adjusted the value due to the status condition system restructure,
      and it is changed to be able to deal with the character
      that has the effect through the block rate reduce effect.

      [Werewolf] (PvP)

      Hydrophobia


      When you use the skill in PvE it can give the confusion effect to monsters,
      but when you use it in PvP there is no effect, due to the immobilize effect it is changed 
      so that it can be used according to the situation. Cooltime is added to balance the skill.

      Lunatic Howling


      After the status condition system restructure, the confustion rate and the confusion duration is changed
      to balance the skill for the confustion effect. 

      Eye of the Beast
