After our update on June 12th, there was an issue where players were put on a trade ban when trying to move certain items from the character bank storage or inventory.
We held a temporary maintenance on June 17th to allow our Support Team to manually remove these trade bans without having them reoccurring again.
If your character received a trade ban after our June 12th update, please submit a 1:1 inquiry and let us know email accout you have the issue with so the Support Team solve the issue for you.
Please note that you may need to reconnect to your account after the Support Team removes the trade ban from the characters.
