We would like to inform you about an issue that occurred after the Phase Conqueror Update on November 19.
[Known Issue] 1. The event Item [Small Puzzle Piece] from the Halloween Jigsaw Puzzle Event has an incorrectly set expiration date, causing it to be automatically deleted.
※ During the temporary maintenance, all deleted Small Puzzle Pieces have been successfully restored. However, we were unable to restore them for a few Adventurers whose inventories were full at the time.
※ If your Small Puzzle Piece was deleted but you did not receive the restoration, please empty a few inventory slots and submit an inquiry. We will assist you with delivering the item.
We are doing our best to resolve the issue that has occurred since the update. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused during your gameplay.
