      [Notice] Priest, Fallen Angel, Magic Archer, Magic Lancer] Balance Patch

      Hello, adventurers!

      Here are the details for our class balance patch on 

      [Priest, Fallen Angel, Magic Archer, Magic Lancer] classes.

      The skill changes were made due to rework in status effects and PvP balance rework.

      [Priest] (PvE) 

      - [Repentance] Cooltime will be added.

      [Priest] (PvP)
      - [Repentance] Cooltime will be added.
      - [Blinding Shield] Blind effect will be removed, skill name will be changed to Shield Flash
      - [Cure Wounds] HP Recovery Value will be changed, skill name will be changed to Wound Heal.
      - [Total Recovery] Cooltime will be changed, skill name will be changed to Complete Healing.
      - [Revival] Cooltime will be added, skill name will be changed to Resurrection.
      - [Salvation] HP Recovery Value will be changed.
      - [Party Heal] Cooltime will be added, HP Recovery Value will be changed.
      - [Regeneration] 1 Time HP Recovery Value will be changed.
      - [Tower of Reflection] Element Damage Return Rate and
      All Attribute Resistance value will be changed, skill name will be changed to Mirror Tower.
      - [Blessing] Crowd Control-type Resistance Increase Rate Limit value will be added.
      - [Ward of Evil] Debuff-type Resistance Increase Rate Limit value will be added,
      skill name changed to Protecting Evil
      - [Prayer] Status Condition Resistance Limit value will be added.
      - [Elemental Guardian] Magic Resistance Increase Value will be changed,
      skill name changed to Protecting Elemental.
      - [Restoration] 1 Time HP Recovery Value will be changed.
      - [Shield Glare] Blind effect will be removed.
      - [Holy Shock] Immobilize Duration will be changed,
      skill name will be changed to Holy Shock Blocking.
      - [Mirror Obelisk] Attribute Damage Return Rate value and 
      All Attribute Resistance value will be changed.
      - [Elemental Harmony] Magic Resistance Increase value will be changed.
      - [Vision - Mirror Tower] skill description and skill effect will be changed.

      [Fallen Angel] (PvE)
      - [Telekinesis] Immobilize effect will be removed.
      - [Hold Human] Immobilize Duration will be decreased,
      Range and Immobilize Limit Duration will be added.
      - [Hold Monster] Immobilize Duration will be decreased,
      Range and Immobilize Limit Duration will be added.
      - [Judgment Day] All Status Condition Recovery effect will be removed.
      - [Healing] Instant Heal attribute will be added, HP Recovery Value will be changed.
      - [Hammer of the Heavens] Immobilize effect will be removed,
      skill name will be changed Heavenly Pressing.
      - [Pressing Repent] Immobilize effect will be removed,
      skill name will be changed to Repent Pressing.
      - [Doomsday] All Status Condition Recovery effect will be removed.

      [Fallen Angel] (PvP)
      - [Telekinesis] Immobilize effect will be removed.
      - [Hold Human] Immobilize Duration will be decreased,
      Range and Immobilize Limit Duration will be added.
      - [Hold Monster] Immobilize Duration will be decreased,
      Range and Immobilize Limit Duration will be added.
      - [Judgment Day] All Status Condition Recovery effect will be removed.
      - [Doomsday] All Status Condition Recovery effect will be removed.
      - [Hammer of the Heavens] Immobilize effect and Enemy Level Decrease effect will be removed.
      - [Healing] Instant Heal attribute will be added, HP Recovery Value will be changed.
      - [Dispel Magic] Can now be used in PvP field, skill name will be changed to Magic Dispelling.
      - [Dispel Magic] Dispel Rate will be Changed, Cooltime will be applied.
      - [Sanctuary] Cooltime will be added, Lasting Duration Limit value will be applied.
      - [Disenchant] Can now be used in PvP field, skill name will be changed to Magic Expelling.
      - [Disenchant] Dispel Rate이 Changed이며, Cooltime will be applied.
      - [Gateway] Portal Maximum Lasting Duration will be added, skill name will be changed to Saintway.
      - [Spiritualize] Cooltime will be added, Lasting Duration Limit value will be applied,
      skill name will be changed to Holy Incarnation.
      - [Pressing Repent] Immobilize effect와 Enemy Level Decrease effect will be removed.
      - [Vision - Holy Cross] 30 second Cooltime will be applied for the skill effect
      to be reapplied to characters who are already affected by the skill.

      [Magic Archer] (PvE)
      - [Bone Squisher] Immobilize effect will be removed, tooltip will be changed,
      skill name will be changed to Bone Squasher.
      - [Bone Crusher] Immobilize effect will be removed, tooltip will be changed.
      - [Waterfall] Freeze effect will be changed to Cold effect.
      - [Startling Shot] Weapon Break effect will be removed,
      skill name will be changed to Startling Liner.

      [Magic Archer] (PvP)
      - [Bone Squisher] Immobilize effect will be removed, tooltip will be changed.
      - [Bone Crusher] Immobilize effect will be removed, tooltip will be changed.
      - [Waterfall] Freeze effect will be changed to Cold effect.
      - [Blinding Flash] Blind Activation Chance and Lasting Duration will be changed,
      Cooltime will be added, skill name will be changed to Blind Sinker.
      - [Startling Shot] Weapon Break effect will be removed, Cooltime will be added.
      - [Great Albatross] Immobilize effect will be removed, Cooltime will be changed.

      [Magic Lancer] (PvE)
      - [Elemental Force] Freeze effect will be changed to Cold effect,
      skill name will be changed to Fire and Ice
      - [Fire And Ice: Double Edged] Freeze effect will be changed to Cold effect.
      - [Rapid Fang] Immobilize effect will be removed.
      - [Ground Shaker] Cooltime will be added.
      - [Illusive Spear] Accuracy/Evade Rate Decrease Lasting Duration will be changed.

      [Magic Lancer] (PvP)
      - [Elemental Force] Freeze effect will be changed to Cold effect.
      - [Fire And Ice: Double Edged] Freeze effect will be changed to Cold effect.
      - [Rapid Fang] Immobilize effect will be removed.
      - [Ground Shaker] Cooltime will be added.
      - [Illusive Spear] Accuracy/Evade Rate Decrease Lasting Duration will be changed,
      skill name will be changed to Illusion Spear.
      - [Turning Stand] Immobilization Chance will be changed, skill name will be changed to Spin Arising.
      - [Wheel Running] Immobilize effect will be removed, Cooltime will be added,
      skill name will be changed to Whirl Running.
      - [Maelstrom Assault] Cooltime will be added.
      - [Spear of Surprise] Cooltime will be added, skill name will be changed to Surprising Raid.
      - [Massive Twister] Cooltime will be added, skill name will be changed to Multiple Twister.
      - [Whirling Assault] Cooltime will be added.

      [Priest] (PvE)

      Repentance


      After Status condition system restructure, the skill was changed 
      so that it cannot remove Status Condition constantly.

      Blinding Shield
       
      


      The skill applied Light Attribute Attack and Blind effect to enemy when you block.
      After Status condition system restructure, the Blind effect was removed 
      because the enemy sufferes Blind effect at a 100% rate when you block.

      Cure Wounds
      
      

      Since PvP revision value were not being applied to healing skills, 
      they could heal the HP lost after many attack skills at once.
      So a certain revision value was applied to Recovery Value for skill balance.

      Total Recovery
      
      

      Since PvP revision value were not being applied to healing skills, 
      they could heal the HP lost after many attack skills at once.
      So a certain revision value was applied to Recovery Value.
      Cooltime was added for skill balance..

      Revival



      The Revival skill was too effective in PvP situations, such as Siege and Guild Battle, 
      so players were less afraid of character death. 
      Cooltime was added in PvP mode to fix the issue.

      Salvation
      
      

      Since PvP revision value were not being applied to healing skills, 
      they could heal the HP lost after many attack skills at once.
      So a certain revision value was applied to Recovery Value for skill balance

      Party Heal
      
      

      Since PvP revision value were not being applied to healing skills, 
      they could heal the HP lost after many attack skills at once.
      So a certain revision value was applied to Recovery Value.
      Cooltime was added for skill balance..

      Regeneration
      
      

      Since PvP revision value were not being applied to healing skills, 
      they could heal the HP lost after many attack skills at once.
      So a certain revision value was applied to Recovery Value for skill balance.

      Mirror Tower
      
      

      The skill was too effective against Magic Damage, 
      so the skill effect was decreased for skill balance.

      Blessing
      
      

      After Status condition system restructure, a Limit value was added to the skill 
      for skill balance since it gave too high Resistance value.

      Ward of Evil
      
      

      After Status condition system restructure, a Limit value was added to the skill for 
      skill balance since it gave too high Resistance value.

      Prayer

       
      After Status condition system restructure, a Limit value was added to the skill 
      for skill balance since it gave too high Resistance value.

      Elemental Guardian


      The skill was too effective against Magic Damage, 
      so the skill effect was decreased for skill balance.

      Restoration
      
      

      Since PvP revision value were not being applied to healing skills, 
      they could heal the HP lost after many attack skills at once.
      So a certain revision value was applied to Recovery Value for skill balance

      Shield Glare
      
      

      The skill applied Blind effect at an extremely high rate after successful Block, 
      so the Blind effect was removed for skill balance.

      Holy Shock
      
      

      The skill applied Immobilize effect to surrounding enemies, 
      The Immobilize Duration was changed since it was too short.

      Mirror Obelisk
      
      

      The skill was too effective against Magic Damage, so the skill effect was decreased for skill balance.

      Elemental Harmony



      The skill was too effective against Magic Damage, 
      so the skill effect was decreased for skill balance.

      Vision - Mirror Tower

      Skill Description : When casting Tower of Reflection on self, create a shield with 
      2 times the Maximum HP of the Priest character. When using it on others, 
      create a shield with 1/4 of Maximum HP of the Priest character.
      Changed Skill Description : When casting Tower of Reflection on self or allies,
      create a shield with 1/4 of Maximum HP of the Priest character.
      skill effect : Create a shield with 2 times the Maximum H.P of the caster.
      Changed skill effect : Create a shield with 1/4 of the Maximum H.P of the caster.
      Changes : Now creates a shield with 1/4 of the Maximum HP of the caster, 
      both on self or on allies. 

       
      When the Priest cast the skill on self, it applied a shield with too high HP. 
      This skill, combined with many healing skills, allowed Priest to have extreme survivability. 
      So, the skill effect was changed for skill balance.

      [Fallen Angel] (PvE)
      
      Healing
      
      
      
      The skill now heals instantly, and HP Recovery Value was changed for skill balance.

      Telekinesis



      After Status condition system restructure, using the skill provides constant Paralysis effect.
      Paralysis effect was removed for skill balance.

      Hold Human



      After Status condition system restructure, the skill became too effective if used repeatedly.
      Immobilize Lasting Duration was changed and Range was added for skill balance.
      
      Hold Monster




      After Status condition system restructure, the skill became too effective if used repeatedly.
      Immobilize Lasting Duration was changed and Range was added for skill balance.

      Judgment Day
      
      

      After Status condition system restructure, the skill provided Status Condition Recovery 
      in an area without any Cooltime.The effect was removed for skill balance.
      
      Hammer of the Heavens
      
      

      After Status condition system restructure, the skill provided Immobilize effect and 
      Enemy Level Decrease effect without any limit.
      Paralysis effect was removed for skill balance.

      Pressing Repent
      
      

      After Status condition system restructure, the skill provided Immobilize effect and
      Enemy Level Decrease effect without any limit.
      Paralysis effect was removed for skill balance.

      Doomsday
      
      

      After Status condition system restructure, the skill provided Status Condition Recovery 
      in an area without any Cooltime.
      The effect was removed for skill balance.

      to allow strategic usage of the skill.
      The skill can now be used in duel field.

      Sanctuary



      The skill provided Invulnerable effect, but did not have a Lasting Duration 
      so the effect could be maintained permanently.
      Cooltime and Limit Value were added to prevent abusing Invulnerable effect.

      Disenchant
      
      

      The dispel rate was set at a fixed value, and Cooltime was added 
      to allow strategic usage of the skill.
      The skill can now be used in duel field.

      Gateway
      
      

      The skill provided Portal effect without any limit during PvP.
      Portal Lasting Duration was added to allow strategic usage of the skill.
      
      Spiritualize
      

      The skill does not have Lasting Duration, so it could be used indefinitely.
      Cooltime and Limit Value were added to prevent indefinite usage of the skill.
      
      Hammer of the Heavens
      
      

      The skill could apply Immobilize effect and Level Decrease effect without any limitations.
      The effects were removed for skill balance.

      Pressing Repent



      The skill could apply Immobilize effect and Level Decrease effect without any limitations.
      The effects were removed for skill balance.
      
      Vision - Holy Cross

      Skill Description : Provide shield with the same amount of HP recovered
      to the targets who recovered HP with the skill.
      skill effect : Provide shield with the same HP as HP recovered to targets
      Changes : 30 second Cooltime for reapplying the shield effect again to characters 
      who already received the shield effect

       
      The skill provided infinite shield to many allies since the skill did not have a Cooltime. 
      Cooltime was added for skill balance

      [Magic Archer] (PvE)

      Bone Squisher
      
      

      Following the Status condition system restructure, Immobilize effect was removed 
      since the effect could be applied constantly to targets.
      So the Immobilize effect was removed for skill balance.

      The skill provided Freeze effect, a very strong Status Condition effect, in a wide area.

      to Cold effect for skill balance.

      The skill could provide Weapon Break effect at 100% rate, so the Weapon Break effect was 
      removed for skill balance

      The skill was a short range moving skill with a strong Immobilize effect.
      The Immobilize effect was removed and Cooltime was added for skill balance.
      
      Maelstrom Assault

      
      
      
      The skill allows player to move long distance at once.
      Cooltime was added for skill balance.

      Spear of Surprise
      
      

      The skill allows player to move long distance at once.
      Cooltime was added for skill balance.

      Massive Twister
      
      

      The skill allows player to move long distance at once.
      Cooltime was added for skill balance.

      Whirling Assault
