      Here are the details for our class balance patch on [Tamer, Summoner, Thief, Monk] classes.
      ※ The skill changes were made due to rework in status effects and PvP balance rework.


      [Tamer] (PvE)
      - [Frighten] Enemy Flee Rate will be removed.

      [Tamer] (PvP)
      - [Frighten] Enemy Flee Rate will be removed.
      - [Mend] Cooltime will be added.

      [Summoner] (PvE)
      - [Magical Flute] Sleep, paralysis, and confusion effect rate will be removed.
      - [Earth Tremor] Immobilize effect will be removed.
      - [Hedger Hedging] Cannot move duration will be changed.
      - [Water Drop Explosion] Freeze effect will be changed to cold effect.
      - [Gail Punch] Paralysis effect will be removed.
      - [Baycum Point] Enemy movement speed decrease value will be changed.
      - [Water Drop Force] Freeze effect will be changed to cold effect.
      - [Corrosive Swamp] Lasting duration, movement speed decrease value and 
      defense decrease value will be changed.

      [Summoner] (PvP)
      - [Hedger Hedging] Cannot move duration will be changed and cooltime will be added.
      - [Corrosive Swamp] Lasting duration, movement speed decrease value and 
      defense decrease value will be changed.
      - [Magical Flute] Sleep, paralysis, and confusion effect rate will be removed.
      - [Earth Tremor] Immobilize effect will be removed.
      - [Water Drop Explosion] Freeze effect will be changed to cold effect.

      - [Mousetrap] Movement Speed Decrease effect will be added.
      - [Ankle Trap] Cannot Move effect will be changed and
      Immobilize Duration will be changed.
      - [Amputation Trap] Movement Speed Decrease effect will be changed and 
      Immobilize Duration will be changed.

      [Thief] (PvP)
      - [Poison Neutralization] Cooltime will be added and skill name will be changed to detoxify.
      - [Mousetrap] Movement Speed Decrease effect will be added.
      - [Ankle Trap] Cannot Move effect will be added and Immobilize Duration will be changed.
      - [Amputation Trap] Movement Speed Decrease effect will be added and 
      Immobilize Duration will be changed.

      [Monk] (PvE)
      - [Elbow Strike] Enemy Dodge Rate Decrease Maximum value will be added.
      - [Rapid Striking] tooltip will be fixed and Paralysis effect will be removed.
      - [Sweeping Kick] Paralysis effect and locked distance will be removed, 
      Cannot Move Rate and Cannot Move Duration will be changed.
      - [Weak Rapid Striking] tooltip will be fixed and Paralysis effect will be removed.
      - [Jaw Blow] Enemy Dodge Rate Decrease Maximum value will be added.
      - [Hook Kick] Immobilize effect will be removed.

      [Monk] (PvP)
      - [Elbow Strike] Enemy Dodge Rate Decrease Maximum value will be added.
      - [Rapid Striking] tooltip will be fixed and Paralysis effect will be removed.
      - [Weak Rapid Striking] tooltip will be fixed and Paralysis effect will be removed.
      - [Jaw Blow] Enemy Dodge Rate Decrease Maximum value will be added.
      - [Hook Kick] Immobilize effect will be removed.
      - [Avoidance] Activation Chance Maximum value will be changed and 
      skill name will be changed to dodge.
      - [Side Step] Invulnerability Lasting Duration and Activation Chance will be changed, 
      skill name will be changed to Side Step Dodge.
      - [Seize] Invulnerability Lasting Duration and Activation Chance will be changed, 
      skill name will be changed to catch.
      - [Illusions] Cooltime will be changed, skill name will be changed to Mirror Image.
      - [Flying Strike] Cooltime will be added.
      - [Flowing Hit] Blocking ignore Rate effect will be added.
      - [Sweeping Kick] Paralysis effect and fixed distance will be removed, 
      Cannot Move Rate and Cannot Move Duration will be changed.
      - [Sonic Kick] Drag effect will be removed.

      [Tamer] (PvE)


      Frighten




      After Status condition system restructure, when you use this skill the flee effect activates 
      to the enemies around you, so the effect has been deleted to balance the skill.

      to the enemies around you, so the effect has been deleted to balance the skill.

      Mend
       



      Since the skill can be continuously used on the tamer pet, 
      the attack received by the tamer pet is meaningless.
      Cooltime has been added to limit the recovery of the tamer pet.

      This skill is a basic attack skill of summoner,
      since sleep effect and confusion effect rate is high, the effect has been deleted to balance the skill.

      After the Status condition system restructure this skill is a passive skill that gives 
      immobilize effect and the effect rate has been deleted to balance the skill.

      Cannot move duration has been changed to balance the skill that makes cannot move status.

      Water Drop Explosion




      After the Status condition system restructure, since the freeze effect that 
      makes cannot move status activates continuously, 
      the skill has been changed to the cold effect to balance the skill.

      However, the skill can be used more efficiently because the probability has been increased, 
      and the range that is an inconvenience of using the skill has been removed.

      Sonic Kick




      This option has been removed as the range effect can force multiple enemies to move.
